Online Leadership Development Program
Altitude’s online leadership program has been specifically developed to provide our client's leadership teams with ongoing support and professional learning.
The online leadership development program aims to drive higher performance for the business through an integrated e-learning and development program.
The leadership development program modules are distinguished by their highly developed and relevant content as well an individual monthly action plan that ensures personal leadership accountability.
The leadership modules will provide your managers with ongoing development via a highly interactive and cost effective platform over six months.
Each six month subscription is available for Aus $890 + GST.
Each of the six modules will have targeted themes relevant to developing effective leadership skills-
1.Resilient Leadership- Gaining a real perspective and managing ourselves when we’re tested
2.Leading High Performance Teams- Building teams with a common language around performance possibilities.
3.Communicating With Impact- Greater leadership competencies through the development of effective communication skills.
4.Leading With Courage- The ability to be decisive, taking evaluated risks, being more personally accountable and innovative.
5.Delivering More Value As A Leader- How to add real value to your teams, customers and making a difference to the business
6.Disrupt The Way You Think- Strategies to ensure your thinking is fresh, hungry and open to new ideas and strategies
The online leadership development program modules will carry your corporate branding and a message from a member of the senior management team will be displayed prominently at the top of each of the six modules.
Participants would receive monthly reminder emails and a personalized login.
The format of these interactive modules will include a selection of sections developed to maximize interaction including-
- Themed content
- Effective leadership tips
- Video
- Breakout sections with links to relevant articles or sites
- Quote boxes
- Call to action linkages
- Individual monthly action plans relevant to each module to be utilized by each participant as an ongoing leadership development tool.
- Corporate branding and an introductory message from a member of your senior management team.
While participants will have access to their own plans, you will have full access to participants action plans at any time; a valuable development tool for your individual WIP’s
