The High Performance Management Development Program utilizes a highly effective combination of workshops, one on one coaching sessions and before/ after tailored performance diagnostic analysis.
The addition of individual management development mentoring sessions and the management performance diagnostic analysis ensures that the program themes are relevant to each manager and outcomes are measurable.
The High Performance Management Development Program works with teams over a four month period and includes:
