We offer face to face executive coaching, mentoring, change management and leadership development, either in person or over the phone for leaders who want to develop their own executive performance.
Our executive coaching and mentoring program consists of eight structured sessions conducted over a three month period.
The Altitude executive coaching and mentoring program provides a confidential forum for executives to attain the thought strategies required for the performance outcomes they are committed to achieving. Regardless of whether it is a professional or personal focus, our programs help executives to be the absolute best in all aspects of their lives.
The weekly and fortnightly sessions are conducted with Gillian Fox a former national sales director with over 100 direct reports and on the executive board of one of Australia’s largest publishing companies.
The executive coaching interaction is highly personalized and geared specifically towards the individual’s needs and aspirations.
